Visions:: Full service planning

Every wedding has its own story to tell. With full planning services, we will help you to curate and design a wedding from start to finish that compliments your own love story. We become your cheerleader, coach, and wing-man. We will start by creating an individualized plan for you and your partner. We help curate the best vendors, manage budgets, keep track of RSVP’s, design tablescapes and much more. Our full-service planning clients will receive their own portal where they can keep track of every step during their planning, allowing our clients to be as hands on as they wish.

Details:: COORDINATION

Once the vision has been planned, it is time to celebrate! Starting around a month before the wedding, I will work with you to finalize any of the last minute details, and help coordinate the day’s timeline of events. I will act as the middle man with vendors and helpers so that you can enjoy your day as it should be, and live in the moment. This day should be worry free, and I will step in to ensure that the vision you had comes to life. Expect us to be on site for 12 hours on the wedding day, managing the rehearsal the night before, and more!

Investment

Every wedding is priced individually due to many factors. Planning services begins at $1350. Please contact us to set up a free consultation, so that we may tailor our services to you. Travel fees may apply is the venue is further than 1.5 hour distance from Vision & Veils’ office. Travel fees are a flat $100 + up to 2 nights stay in your guest hotel block.
